R semantics needed for exact parity: RNG and sample, number parsing and formatting, hclust/cutree/dist/silhouette, cor/var/mean with R’s long-double accumulation, quantiles, BH, t-test, Wilcoxon, string collation, merge/order.

Modules

cluster	Hierarchical clustering and silhouettes exactly as in R.
collate	String collation as used by R's sort/order/factor/merge.
fma	Fused multiply-add for numba kernels.
frame	data.frame semantics needed to reproduce EcoTyper's tables row for row.
io	Readers/writers for the tab-delimited files EcoTyper's R scripts exchange.
parse	Text → double conversion exactly as R does it.
rng	R's default random number generator (Mersenne-Twister + Rejection sampling).
stats	R base/stats numerics reproduced to the last bit where practical.
